Couples with international families

We like to think that the flexibility we’ve built into our honeymoon gift list service makes it especially useful for couples with families in more than one country.

Let’s say you’re from the UK, your partner is from Italy, and you’re spending your honeymoon in South Africa.  Here’s some features we offer that would make things much easier for you:

• Each item on your registry can be shown with up to three currencies. You might list your items in South African Rand, and get the site to show both Pounds Sterling and Euros alongside this.  We’ll handle the currency conversion automatically for you, and refresh the conversion rates every day.
• We give you ample space for descriptions, and formatting tools too.  Each item on your registry could be shown with a description in both English and Italian:

• If you choose to collect payment for your gifts using PayPal, you can accept any currency that PayPal supports.  We’ll convert the value of a gift to this currency before sending your guests to your PayPal account.
• PayPal also support many different languages.  We can add extra language options to the button your guests click to move on to PayPal — so your guests could choose between an English and Italian interface to make their credit or debit card payment to you.

And, of course, because your wedding registry is available online, any of your guests with an internet connection can view, reserve and pay for items on your list, wherever they live.
